He leads the teams responsible for strengthening and scaling Samsara’s financial foundation to support continued growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Samsara, Ben served as Chief Accounting Officer at Rippling. He also held senior finance leadership roles at Stripe and Amazon, bringing deep expertise in building robust financial infrastructures in rapidly growing organizations.
Ben has a proven track record in driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and leveraging financial systems and technology to enable companies to scale effectively.
He holds a Master of Accountancy (MAC) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
